Boutique Builder. Owner on Every Project.
VEC Development builds a small number of homes each year so the owner is involved in every one. Vanessa Certain grew up in a family of builders dating back to the 1960s and founded VEC in 2013. You work directly with her from the first meeting to the final walkthrough.
